Hi, sweeties! Karen DeSonne, girl reporter here! I wanted to bring you Tak's Meme today, and I thought he'd play nice because his "old school" bff's Popeye and Tayshawn gave theirs. Here is a fairly accurate transcript of my interview with him, which I conducted on the rotting porch of the Haunted House.
Karen: "Hi, Tak!"
Tak: (Stares, half his face hidden by his beautiful long black hair)
Karen: "Do you mind answering a few questions for the zombie meme? We just put Tayshawn's up at mysocalledundeath."
Tak: (Stares some more, cracks knuckles)
Karen: "Okay, then. Let's get started, shall we? Question number one: How did you die?
Tak: (Flips hair back, revealing hole in cheek, molars) "I was...never...alive."
Karen: (Taps pen, tilts chin, smiles prettily) "Now, be nice, Takky. I happen to know that you were killed riding your motorcycle on the Garden State Parkway. You told me yourself in an ungaurded moment!"
Tak: (Turns away, makes noise like piece of paper caught in electric fan)
Karen: (Flutters long lashes) "Okay, let's try this one: How long have you been a zombie?"
Tak: (Hides scars with hair-flip, looks away)
Karen: (Sparkly eyes narrowing) "Let me try that again. How...long...have...you been...a...zombie?"
Tak: "Why are you...pandering...to the...beating hearts, anyway?"
Karen: "We aren't 'pandering' to anyone, we're trying to raise consciousness and..."
Tak: (Gives dismissive wave, jumps off porch, walks towards woods)
Karen: (Shouting) "So I guess the interview is over, then?"
There it is, kiddies! The deepest, darkest secrets of that cutie, our very own teen heartthrob, Takayuki!
(P.S.: Sarcasm aside, Tak really isn't such a bad guy once you get to know him. He'll never win a merit badge in Plays Well WIth Others, tho. Bye!)

About Me
My name is Tommy Williams. I'm a junior at Oakvale High in Oakvale, Connecticut. I'm new to the area. I moved here with my Mom because she likes the school. We've got a cat named Gamera that hates me. We live in a trailer park near Lake Oxoboxo. Mom says it's temporary but I kind of like it.

well in my opinion, Tak has already seemed to warm up to this whole idea a bit. cause before i can recall that Tak probably wouldnt even continue to sit where he was the second he heard Karen was talking about the meme. no offense or anything of course!! im just saying that you all said he would come around and there seems to be progress.

I think Tak is a cool guy, but just a bit hacked off because us "beating hearts" aren't always kind. I mean maybe he had a bad experience like Colette. Tak just needs some time to relax and realise that we're not all evil.
Oh! You and Phoebe should team up to interview him! If he tried to get away, one of you would just pop up, and ask him a question! Just an idea....

Tak sounds to me like he is in deep denial about life. Maybe his life before dying was not something he wants to dwell on because it makes him feel. Sometimes feeling anything other than anger is just too much trouble.
He's my type of person! I least I found humor in it, even if he didn't really say anything at all. Maybe Karen and Phoebe should both try, if they haven't already. I can understand why he doesn't want to talk about it. He sounded like a mixture of me and my brother. Except even as emotionless and stubborn as I can be, I'm not as rude as he is. I can understand why he called us "beating hearts." He needs to take some chill pills, as my brother would say. Not all "beating hearts" are bad, for instance I consider myself a good person. Well not that good...but you get my point. You should try again, maybe he's get so annoyed that he'll have no choice but to answer. All I can do is hope. I'm interested in knowing a lot more.

I don't blame Tak for disliking the living so much, or "beating hearts" as he calls us. The things some people will do to zombies is horrible. I think Tak just needs to realize that not all of us are like that.
Tak's just rough around the edges...he seems pretty cool, i don't blame him...some of us blood bags can be harsh...trust me. Maybe he'll lighten up eventually.

I think EVERYONE at the Haunted House should team up on him and try to get as much info as possible out of him... Without the questions seeming too fishy. Maybe a few questions a day.

P.S. From the description of him me and my friend actually made a Tak pushie... And his hair moves so you can see his cheek or leave it hidden. We even got the chipped spike on his jacket. Yes we did get just that bored

Hey it's me Abriawna again I just thought I could share my meme with everyone so I'm hoping it will help...: )
1. How did you die?Umm. long story short I accidentaly slit my throat.
2. How long have you been gone? ummm about 1 1/2 months
3. Death age/true age? 12/12
4. What do you miss most about being alive? playing all of my favorite sports such as...basketball,volleyball, and softball.
5. What, if anything, is cool about being a zombie? umm well knowing that there are people like me out there that can help me like Tommy and Karen.
6. How did your family react to you coming back? Well they freaked out at first but now their getting used to it but im living in the attic......for now.
7. Most humiliating moment as a zombie? The slow walking and Slow Talking like when i talk to my secret crush who happens to be a zombie too but *no names* Secret :)
8. Visible signs of zombiism? A cut on my throat and the slow walking and talking
9. Goals/ambition? To try to control myself and not be emo anymore i actually want to be happy for once
10. "If I were alive today, I would..." Probably be on the cheerleading squad and recoil from any sharp objects....

When I...returned, and I told him, he thought it was pretty awesome. He was always a gentleman, so... Not everyone is like that, but don't be all self-pitying and think they all hate you. They don't.

(snickering) Tak seemed so enthusiastic to give an interview, I'm sure he was holding in the urge to start jumping for joy. Haha I would love to see Tak show up at an Undead Studies Class, the reaction of Angela being one of my reasons. In the second book, "Kiss Of Life," it said she had a spark of reconition in her eyes when she met Tak, which put some questions into my questionable question-holder part of my mind.
Karen is right, somebody should pick this boy up an application for a Wal-Mart-greeter, as he does well to make a lovely welcome wagon.
