I went to the Haunted House today after school. As usual, people were fighting over what to listen to. As much as everyone fights about it, though, music seems to be the quickest way to find common ground when people are in the right mood. We ended up listening to some industrial noise band that Popeye likes. Not my kind of thing, but Kevin, who is kind of a classic rock guy, and Jacinta, who is pop all the way, said that they liked it. Kind of hard to dance to, though.

My music choice has always been rock. Or metal, alternative, punk... Basically anything with guitars and lyrics you can't even hope to identify. At the moment, the last thing I listened to on my iPod was Escape the Fate. My favorite band at the moment.

Unfortunately, my little brother has hijacked my iPod for the last week or so =P, but if I were listening to it now, I'd be listening to Regina Spektor, Coldplay, the soundtrack of Cats, Paramore, My Chemical Romance, and Queen.

Well, my favorite band at the moment is a toss-up between Nickelback and Fall Out Boy, if that tells you anything. I like mostly pop and rock (but not the screaming kind; it sort of hurts my ears), and *gasp* there is a little bit of country on my iPod as well. I know, shocking. Actually, looking at the songs on my iPod right now is making me sort of depressed. I'm even preppier than I thought...:)
Hmm, I actually have a lot of death metal, hardcore type thingss. Haha, the screaming just calms me somehow. I also like the aalternative boyish scene. Some of my favorite bands are bayside, killswitch engage, I wrestled a bear once, and forever the sickest kids.

My ipod has a variety :P The only thing i dont like is rap, i don't have reggae on my ipod either but i like it a bit. I listen to the All-American Rejects, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Boys like Girls<3, Rihanna, Vanessa Calrton, Three Days Grace,Metro Station, i want to put a few Paramore songs. Umm...the list goes on :P

And to Dory Enright: liking country music doesn't make you preppy. country music is the best geanra or jaunra or type in the world. each one has a message to tell, wether its that life goes by too fast or be careful what you say, all of it is good country. I have a ton of My Chem on my iPod. A whole lot of Paramore. Some Tokio Hotel, Kerli, Phantom Planet, Taking Back Sunday. I like a pretty wide variety. I also have tons of country on it. But my favs are My Chemical Romance. They're my boys!
I have a ton of FallOutBoyand I'm in the process of uploading Aiden, AllTimeLow, BringMeTheHorizon, and some other heavy metal bands that my friend ELLIE recommended. ^_^

I like lots of stuff. Indie, pop, Folk and country music, musical soundtracks, classical. All sorts. On my MP3 player (No ipod) i have Tiny Tin Lady, Fairport Convention, Girls Aloud, Busted, Geoff Smith and the Tonewheels, Songs based on the Amy Peppercorn books, Miley Cyrus, Mary-Kate and AShley Olsen, Hilary Duff, 10cc, Queen, Abba and loads more. I don't currently have all of them on my MP3 because it doesn't have much room, but i keep changing them around.
